Russian Salad

The salad is layered, each layer (grated or finely chopped) is smeared with mayonnaise.
1st layer - boiled potatoes
2nd layer - onion
3rd layer - green peas
4th layer - boiled carrots
5th layer - boiled meat or sausage
6th layer - egg white
Salt and pepper to taste.
Top the salad with grated pickles and egg yolk.
Garnish with flowers made of carrots and stars made of egg.
