Mistress Salad

 
* 2 beets
* 3 medium carrots
* 150 g hard cheese
* a handful of raisins
* a handful of walnuts
* 3-4 cloves of small garlic
* mayonnaise

Boil the beets, grate the raw carrots and cheese (all separately). Chop the walnuts finely, crush the garlic. Soak the raisins in boiling water for a few minutes. Assemble the salad in layers:
1 - mix the carrots with the raisins and mayonnaise  
2 - cheese, garlic, mayonnaise
3 - beets, walnuts, mayonnaise
Top with a garnish (a little carrot and cheese, onion and radish for decoration)
