Appetizer salad 3 in 1

Ingredients:
- 1 avocado
- 2 eggs
- 1 herring
- 1/2 red onion or shallot,
- 1 small boiled beetroot
- 1 large tomato
- lemon juice
- mayonnaise
- dill
- pepper

There are 3 variations of this salad-appetizer.

1. Appetizer. Variant #1:
Slice the ingredients thinly, mix them and layer them, spreading with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with chopped dill, chill in the refrigerator for some time, and cut into small portioned pieces.



2. Appetizer. Variant #2
Boil the eggs, remove the yolk. Chop the yolk and all other ingredients into small cubes, mix. Spread with mayonnaise, add greens, and stuff the eggs with this mixture.



3. Layered salad. Variant #3
Chop everything and layer it, spreading each layer with mayonnaise. The layers can be arbitrary, but the herring must be at the bottom, and the beetroot must be on top and at the bottom.
