Ingredients:
?200 g of fresh champignons
?150 g of smoked chicken meat
?80 g of Korean carrots
?80 g of prunes
?150 g of fresh cucumbers
?150 ml of mayonnaise
?vegetable oil
?pepper, salt, herbs.
Preparation:
This salad is layered in a special mold, but if you don't have one, you can cut a cylinder from a regular tin can or plastic bottle. Take a flat dish and place the mold on it, which should be greased with vegetable oil to make it easier to remove. Lay the first layer at the bottom of the mold – diced chicken meat, spread with mayonnaise. The second layer, chopped prunes, should also be spread with mayonnaise. And so we layer all the ingredients in turn - previously chopped and fried champignons, then diced fresh cucumbers, and the top layer is Korean carrots. All layers should also be spread with mayonnaise. When all layers are laid out, carefully remove the mold. Decorate the finished salad to your liking, place it in the refrigerator for half an hour to soak and cool.
