The cabbage turns out very tasty and is quickly eaten by guests at any feast, preparation takes only one day, with minimal ingredients and minimal costs. So, to prepare this delicious spicy cabbage, we will need to chop 2 kg of fresh cabbage, grate 3-4 carrots on a coarse grater, and cut 4 cloves of large winter garlic. Pour in the pre-prepared marinade that has cooled slightly. The marinade is prepared as follows: for 1 liter of water - half a glass of sugar, 2 tablespoons of coarse salt heaped, 10 peppercorns, 5 cloves, 4 bay leaves - boil for 10 minutes, add half a glass of vegetable oil and half a glass of 9% vinegar. Weigh it down with a load and let it cool completely, transfer to a large three-liter jar and put it in the refrigerator for one day. After a day, the cabbage is ready to eat. It stores well in the refrigerator under a regular lid.
