Salad with crab sticks and carrots

Ingredients:

crab sticks 200g
boiled eggs 6 pcs
large boiled carrot 1 pc
cheese 70g
mayonnaise or sour cream

  Preparation:

Cut the crab sticks very finely or grate them (freeze them a bit first). Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Grate them separately. Grate the carrot and cheese on a fine grater. You can mix everything with mayonnaise separately (except for the cheese), or you can spread each layer. Layer them: crab sticks, egg whites, carrot, yolks, cheese. Garnish with herbs.
