You will need:
Cabbage
Minced meat (pork and beef in equal proportions)
Onion
Tomato paste
Salt, pepper
How to cook:
1. When I first cooked lazy cabbage rolls, I ground the cabbage with a meat grinder, but I faced a problem: the cabbage rolls did not hold their shape well and tried to fall apart. Here I used a little trick and grated the cabbage on a fine grater in a food processor.
2. We grind the meat and onion through the meat grinder and mix them with the cabbage. Add salt and black pepper. Form patties and coat them in flour.
3. Fry on both sides.
4. Place in a baking dish. Pour diluted tomato paste over them. Add bay leaf and black peppercorns.
5. Place in the oven for 1 hour. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice as a side dish.
