Pilaf with chicken

You will need:

Chicken fillet — 3 pcs
Carrot — 1 kg
Rice — 0.5 kg
Seasoning (for pilaf) — 1 tbsp.
Salt (to taste)
Garlic — 5 cloves.

How to cook:

1. In a pot, heat olive oil, add rice and mix well.
2. Then pour boiling water over the rice so that the water completely covers it (by 2 cm), add salt to taste, and set on low heat until the water evaporates completely.
3. Peel the garlic cloves and cut each clove in half.
4. Add the garlic to the rice, mix, cover with a lid, and add another 100 ml of water, leaving it on low heat for 7-10 minutes.
5. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.
6. Grate the carrot on a coarse grater.
7. Heat the pan with oil on the stove. Add the carrot and chicken fillet to it. Fry for 10 minutes, then let it simmer under the lid for another 5 minutes.
8. Place the rice in a bowl, add the chicken fillet and carrot mixture, and mix thoroughly.
