 Ingredients: 2 kg of pork (shoulder part) 3-4 tangerines 3 sprigs of rosemary Dry ground mustard Honey Ground cloves Salt Pepper

Cooking method: (Cooking time — 120 min) Make incisions in the meat. Rub well with salt and pepper. Stuff the pork with sprigs of rosemary. Mix honey, ground cloves, and mustard. Add tangerine juice and stir. Place the meat in a baking dish and pour the marinade over it. Cut one tangerine and place it in the dish next to the meat. Bake for 1.5-2 hours at a temperature of 180°C. To prevent the meat from burning on top, cover it with a sheet of aluminum foil. Let the finished meat cool slightly and cut into slices. Enjoy your meal!
