You will need:
Chicken fillet — 3 pcs
Carrots — 1 kg
Rice — 0.5 kg
Spices (for pilaf) — 1 tbsp
Salt (to taste)
Garlic — 5 cloves.
How to cook:
1. In a pot, heat olive oil, add rice and mix well.
2. Then pour boiling water over the rice so that the water completely covers it (by 2 cm), season with salt to taste, and cook on low heat until the water is completely evaporated.
3. Peel the garlic from the skin, cut each clove in half.
4. Add the garlic to the rice, mix, cover with a lid, and add another 100 ml of water, leaving on low heat for 7-10 minutes.
5. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.
6. Grate the carrot on a coarse grater.
7. Heat a pan with oil on the stove. Add the carrot and chicken fillet to it. Fry for 10 minutes, then cover and let simmer for another 5 minutes.
8. Place the rice in a bowl, add the mixture of chicken fillet and carrots, and mix thoroughly.
