Ingredients:
-Chicken broth - 2.5 liters
-5 potatoes
-2 onions
-1 carrot
-300 grams of mushrooms
-50 grams of butter
-2 processed cheese
-herbs, salt, pepper, bay leaf
Preparation:
Clean and cut the mushrooms and potatoes into strips. Grate the carrot on a coarse grater. Peel and finely chop the onion. Add the potatoes to the boiling chicken broth and cook until almost done.
In a frying pan, melt the butter and sauté the carrot and onion, then add the mushrooms and fry a little over high heat. Add the vegetables and mushrooms to the pot with the potatoes and bring to a boil.
Meanwhile, grate the processed cheese and add it to the boiling soup. After 10 minutes, the soup can be turned off. Add salt, pepper, and bay leaf to taste. Herbs to taste.
