Chicken pastrami

Ingredients:
- Chicken breast fillet - 2 pieces of 250 grams each.
- Spices to taste
- Salt
- Garlic
- Vegetable oil.

Preparation:
Combine your favorite spices (I used ground coriander, pepper mix, khmeli-suneli, ground paprika), salt, garlic through a garlic press, and vegetable oil.
Thoroughly coat the chicken breast fillet with the resulting mixture and let it sit for about 30 minutes, or longer if you like. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius.
Place the chicken breast (I combined 2 pieces) on a baking sheet lined with foil and bake for 12 minutes at the same temperature (if the breast is larger, then 15 minutes - no more). Do not overcook, otherwise the meat will turn out dry.
Turn off the oven, DO NOT OPEN the door for 4 hours!
I did it in the evening and in the morning, a wonderful pastrami was ready. Quick, easy, and simple.
