Ingredients: Meat Honey Mustard Salt Pepper A drop of vegetable oil for frying Preparation: If the meat is from the refrigerator, let it sit at room temperature for a while. Cut it randomly and rather coarsely. Heat the frying pan and lightly grease it with vegetable oil. Place the meat in the hot frying pan and fry on high heat for literally a minute on each side, so that the meat is "sealed". Meanwhile, prepare the "sauce" from mustard, honey, and salt. Alla used French mustard, I use our regular one. Transfer the fried meat to a baking sheet, pepper it, generously coat it with the prepared sauce, and place it in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 160 degrees. That's it! All done.
