Ingredients: Chicken fillet — 1 kg Heavy cream — 1 cup Mustard — 1 tsp Garlic — 3 cloves Thyme — 4 sprigs Hard cheese — 100 g Vegetable oil for frying Salt to taste Pepper to taste Preparation: 1. Cooking time: 40 minutes. 2. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Season the fillet well with salt and pepper on both sides. 3. Heat a skillet and fry the fillet on both sides until golden brown. 4. In the cream, squeeze the garlic, add mustard and thyme leaves, season with a little salt and pepper, and mix well. 5. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. 6. Transfer the fried fillet to a baking dish. 7. Pour the creamy sauce over the fillet. 8. Sprinkle with cheese on top and place in the oven for 20–25 minutes. The key is not to overcook the fillet so that it remains juicy. 9. The fillet is ready. Serve immediately while hot!
