We will need:
700-900 g of pork neck;
For the sauce:
3 tbsp of soy sauce;
1 tbsp of lemon juice;
1 tbsp of honey;
1 tbsp of sour cream;
1 tsp of prepared mustard;
salt, pepper, spices to taste and preference.
Preparation:
Wash the piece of pork neck, dry it, make incisions with a knife on all sides and generously coat it with the sauce. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours, ideally 12-15 hours.
For the sauce, mix all the ingredients; if desired, you can add garlic, dried herbs, or dried fruits.
Place the prepared piece of meat in a baking sleeve, then into a dish and put it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees. Bake for 40-50 minutes, then pierce or cut the sleeve so that the meat develops a nice golden color, and cook until done.
