Ingredients:
-1 cup of kefir (250 ml.),
-0.5 cup of vegetable oil,
-1 packet (11 grams) of dry yeast (I add 1 teaspoon of "pakmaya"),
-1 teaspoon of salt,
-1 tablespoon of sugar,
-3 cups of flour,

-The filling can be anything, I made it with cabbage.

Recipe for pies:
Mix kefir with oil and slightly warm it, add salt and sugar, sift the flour and mix it with the yeast, gradually pour in the kefir mixture and knead the dough, cover and put in a warm place for 30 minutes.
The dough turns out airy and light, like fluff.
While the dough is rising, you can prepare the filling.
Then line a baking sheet with greased paper, shape the pies, arrange them on the baking sheet seam side up, while the oven is heating, let them rest for about 10 minutes, then go over the seams again, brush the pies with egg.
Bake at 200 degrees until golden brown.
