 Ingredients: – 120 g granulated sugar – 150 g butter – 1 egg – 270 g wheat flour - until a plastic consistency of the dough is achieved – 1 tsp of dry yeast – a pinch of salt – vanillin – small raisins for decoration (or chocolate chips) – food colorings (see also Spices, flavorings, harmless colorings) Preparation Beat the butter with sugar with a mixer for about 10 minutes until it turns white, creamy and noticeably increases in volume. Add the egg, salt, and vanillin, and mix well again. Add the flour and yeast, mix everything with a spoon, and then knead well with your hands until the dough is smooth. Divide the resulting dough into 3 balls: large, medium, and small. Color the dough with food colorings: the dough of the large ball in red, the smallest one in green, and leave the medium ball uncolored. Roll out the white dough on baking paper, previously sprinkled with flour, into a rectangle measuring 22x9 cm.
From the red dough, make a sausage 22 cm long and wrap it in the white dough.
Roll out the green dough in the shape of a rectangle, and wrap the red-and-white roll in it, wrap it in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator overnight.
The next day, cut the roll into pieces 0.5 centimeters thick (thinner cookies will break).

Place the pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and press in raisins or "Raisins in chocolate" candies - 6 pieces for each piece.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the cookies for 10 minutes.
As soon as you take the baking sheet out of the oven, cut the cookies in half while they are still soft.
