Ingredients:
sugar – 2 cups;
eggs – 2
pcs;;
butter (you can use margarine) – 0.35 kg and oil
for the mold;
flour – 7 cups;
jam or preserves
baking soda – ? teaspoons.
Method of preparation:
1. We rub the butter
(softened) with sugar, add eggs, flour, and baking soda, mixing by hand or in a
food processor until crumbly.
2. Divide the dough into two parts.
Place the larger part on a greased baking sheet, spreading it evenly across the
surface.
3. Spread the dough with jam and crumble the remaining dough
on top to completely cover the base.
4. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees
for about half an hour (until a golden crust forms).
5. When the base cools, cut it into small pieces of any
shape.
