Cookies "Flowers"http://klubok.work/4/141/4143/Klubok

?200 g of flour (I used a little more),
?150 g of margarine or butter,
?6 tbsp of sour cream,
?100 g of sugar,
?a pinch of salt,
?1 tsp of baking powder (this was not in the recipe, it's my addition),
?vanillin,
?2 tbsp of cocoa powder (you can replace it with 50 g of grated chocolate).

Grind the flour with margarine, add sugar, salt, sour cream, flour, vanillin, and baking powder. Knead a soft, non-sticky, elastic dough. Divide it into two parts and add cocoa powder to one. Wrap both portions of dough separately in plastic wrap and send them to the refrigerator for half an hour to an hour. Mine stayed for a couple of hours.

Then take the dough out, roll it into layers about 3-4 mm thick, and cut out circles. I used a glass with a diameter of about 6 cm.
To shape one flower, you need to take two white and two dark circles.
Layer them, alternating colors.
Roll them up as a roll, with the circles stacked together.
Cut the roll of circles in half.
This results in two flower-shaped cookies. Although they remind me a lot of something like crunches or bagels-simit)))
Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Do not brown them too much to avoid drying out.
They turned out very festive and cute!
