100 g of soft butter
150 g of powdered sugar
1 egg
275 g of flour
1 packet of vanilla (2 g)
50 g of nuts (I used almonds)
for the glaze:
3 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of milk
70 g of butter


1. Beat the warm butter with a mixer. While constantly stirring, add the powdered sugar and continue whisking for 5-7 minutes until a fluffy and homogeneous mass is formed
2. Separately beat the egg with a fork, pour it into the butter mixture, add vanilla and flour.
3. Knead the shortcrust pastry. It's great that according to the recipe you don't need to send it for chilling, so everything is quick)
4. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 mm.
5. Cut out daisies with cookie cutters. Bake the cookies at a temperature of 190 degrees for 10 minutes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. For the glaze, melt the butter. Add sugar, cocoa, pour in the milk and cook, stirring for 5 minutes over low heat.
7. Cool the cookies. Place half a teaspoon of hot glaze in the center of each cookie, sprinkle a little chopped nuts on top of the glaze. Chill and enjoy!
