Ingredients:
- 1 pack of puff pastry
- 100 g of powdered sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 1 pinch of citric acid

Preparation:
1. Roll out each sheet of thawed puff pastry into a rectangle and cut into long strips about 2.5 cm thick
2. If you don’t have piping tips, cut triangles from foil or parchment paper and roll them into cones
3. Wrap each strip around its cone, starting from the narrow end of the cone, and place seam side down on a greased baking sheet
4. Brush each cone with beaten egg yolk on top
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes
6. Meanwhile, prepare the meringue: beat the egg whites with powdered sugar and a pinch of citric acid until stiff peaks form and the mixture is white
7. Transfer the meringue to a pastry bag and fill the cones with it
6. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top
