Ingredients: Flour — 1 cup Sugar — 1 cup Eggs — 3 pcs. Salt — 1 pinch Cinnamon — 1/2 tsp. Vanilla essence — 1/2 tsp. Starch — 1 tbsp. Powdered sugar — for dusting Preparation: 1. Prepare the ingredients. 2. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix flour, salt, and cinnamon. If adding starch, then also add starch. 3. Beat the eggs and sugar until the mixture lightens slightly and increases in volume (a hand mixer can do this in 3-4 minutes). 4. Gradually add the flour mixture to the egg mixture, continue beating until the mass is homogeneous. 5. Peel the apples or pears and cut them into cubes or slices. Practice has shown that slices are better. 6. Grease a springform pan with vegetable oil and flour. The pan is 22 cm in diameter, 6 cm high. Lay the apples at the bottom of the pan and pour the resulting batter over them. 7. The batter should completely cover the fruits. 8. Bake in the oven for 30–40 minutes (depending on your oven). The top should be well browned. Check for readiness with a toothpick or match. 9. Let the charlotte cool slightly, then remove the pan and sprinkle the top of the charlotte with powdered sugar (optional). 10. The charlotte is ready!
