Cheese muffins with fruits/berries

 

Ingredients:

- low-fat cottage cheese - 200 g (however, you can use any)
- apple - half (you can use any fruits and berries)
- egg whites - 1-2 pieces
- baking soda on the tip of a knife (quench with vinegar or lemon juice)
- a little sugar or powdered sugar, if you want it to be sweeter

Preparation

If you are using low-fat cottage cheese, the calorie content of the casserole is significantly reduced!
So:
1) whip the egg whites into a thick white foam
2) grate the apple
3) mix the egg whites with the cottage cheese, add the apple. Mix well
4) Add the quenched baking soda to the mixture, mix well again.
5) place the mixture into molds (I use muffin molds), put them in the oven and wait for 20-30 minutes until browned.
