Apple cookies

Ingredients:

• 120 g sugar
• 2 g vanillin
• 4 eggs
• 200 g margarine
• 500 g flour
• 3 apples
• 10 g baking powder

Preparation:

1. Beat the eggs with sugar and vanillin. Add melted margarine, mix well. Then add flour mixed with baking powder. Mix everything well.
2. Peel the apples, cut them into cubes and add them to the dough.
3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spoon small mounds of dough onto it.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10–15 minutes (until golden brown).
