Ingredients:
- 400 g flour
- 200 g sugar
- 100 g butter
- 1 egg
- 80 ml milk
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
Preparation:
- Beat the softened butter with sugar.
- Add the egg, milk, baking powder, and mix.
- Add flour, knead into a smooth dough.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of 7–10 mm.
- Cut out rounds with a tartlet cutter.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Transfer the rounds to the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes (until the edges are lightly browned).
