1 recipe - Flour 80-90 g, Sugar 4 tbsp, Eggs 4 pcs, Milk 60 ml, Vegetable oil 60 ml, Salt a pinch in the whites, Any jelly or jam

Separate the whites from the yolks. Start beating the yolks, gradually adding 2 tablespoons of sugar, vegetable oil, milk, and flour. After that, beat the whites, adding 2 tablespoons of sugar to them.

Combine the prepared mixtures.

Send to the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees

 

2 recipe - To prepare such a roll, take 5 eggs and beat them with a mixer until fluffy foam. While continuing to beat, gradually add 1 cup of sugar. The well-beaten mass should resemble whipped cream. Then gradually add 1 cup of flour and gently stir with a spoon to avoid lumps.

Line the baking pan with parchment paper greased with oil. Pour the dough into the pan and place it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. (If the pan is small, divide the dough into two batches. This time I made the dough with 7 eggs, so I had enough for a large roll (from which pieces are cut in the photo) and a small one - it is in the photo next to the slices). The biscuit bakes for about 12-15 minutes.

I spread a damp kitchen towel on the table, placed the biscuit on it along with the parchment, and tightly rolled it into a roll. I let it rest for a bit. Then I unrolled it, spread the biscuit with apricot jam (you can spread it with any jam or cream), and rolled it again into a roll. Enjoy your meal!
