For moistening the layers: 1 teaspoon of coffee, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 100 ml of water. Cream - butter and condensed milk.
Combine the flour, cocoa, coffee, baking powder, and baking soda. Beat the sugar with soft butter, add the eggs. In a cup with warm milk, pour in the vinegar and wait a couple of minutes. Combine everything: butter with flour, and then - milk. Pour into a springform pan. To avoid a dome, make a dent in the center with a fork. Bake at 200 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Let it cool completely in the pan. Cut the layer into 2 or 3 parts. Moisten the layers. Spread with cream.
