Ingredients:
- Butter — 250 g (room temperature)
- Powdered sugar — 0.5 cup
- Vegetable oil (odorless) — 1/3 cup
- Starch — 4 tbsp
- Flour — 3.5 cups
- Vanilla sugar — 1 packet (10 g)
Cookie preparation recipe:
- In a bowl, place the butter at room temperature, powdered sugar, and vegetable oil.
- Beat everything well with a mixer. Add the starch, mix with the mixer. Add one cup of flour, mix with the mixer.
- Then add another cup of flour, but mix with a spoon.
- Pour 1 cup of flour onto the table and place the dough on it. Knead by hand until uniform.
- Add the last half cup of flour. And knead. Divide the dough into 3 parts.
- Roll each part into a sausage shape and cut into pieces with a knife. Place the pieces of dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
- Bake at 180°C until browned (from 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the oven).
- Roll the cookies in powdered sugar. It’s better to coat the cookies with powder while they are hot.
