Ingredients: (baking sheet size 25 × 40 cm).
Flour - 225 g, pinch of salt
Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Sugar - 100 g + vanilla sugar - 10 g
Egg - 1 whole + 1 yolk
Margarine or butter at room temperature - 100 g
Filling:
Butter - 150 g
Sugar - 130 g + vanilla sugar - 20 g
Water - 3 tbsp
Ground nuts - 100 g + 200 g chopped nuts. Can use peanuts.
Jam or jelly - 3 tbsp.
Preparation:
To the sifted flour with baking powder, add salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, butter, and rub into crumbs. Add eggs and knead the dough. Place in the refrigerator while preparing the filling. In a saucepan with water, butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar, bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add the nuts to this mixture. Mix well. Roll out the dough into a sheet for the baking tray. Spread the jam evenly. Lay out the nut filling and smooth it out as well. Bake at 180 °C for about 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool. Remove from the baking tray and cut into squares (mine were 6 cm). Then cut into triangles. Decorate as desired.
