Ingredients for the dough:

Flour — 380 g;
Butter — 200 g;
Egg yolks — 4 pcs;
Salt — 1/3 tsp.
Sour cream — 100 g.
Ingredients for the filling:

Egg whites — 4 pcs;
Sugar — 200 g;
Vanilla sugar — 8 g;
Citric acid — a pinch;
Cornstarch — 2 tsp.

To the flour add cold butter, rub the flour into a butter crumb. To the crumb add yolks, add salt and add sour cream, knead a soft and non-sticky dough.

Divide the dough into 30 pieces, form balls. Cover the balls with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Into a bowl with egg whites, add sugar, vanilla sugar and cornstarch, pour in the citric acid. Beat the whites with a mixer until a white glossy mass.

Roll the cold balls into thin discs, placing a teaspoon of filling on each.

Seal the filling inside the discs, pinch the opposite edges together.

Place the cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake the cookies at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
You can also add crushed walnuts to the filling for a more interesting flavor.

After baking, the shell cookies should be dusted with powdered sugar.
