Cottage cheese ice cream

Ingredients:
500 g of cottage cheese,
1 can of condensed milk,
1 teaspoon of cocoa (for color)

Method of preparation:
Rub the cottage cheese, mix with the condensed milk, whisk thoroughly for 5-6 minutes at high speed.
Add cocoa for color (it can be omitted - the ice cream will be white)
Place in a tray or portion molds and put in the freezer for 2 hours.
