Ingredients:
- 30 g melted butter
- 3 ½ cups warm milk

- 50 g fresh yeast
- 150 g sugar
- 90 g vanilla powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 625 g flour


For the glaze:
- 3-4 pieces of fresh raspberries
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons raspberry syrup
- decorative sprinkles

Method of preparation:
1) Preheat the oven to 190 degrees
2) Mix butter and milk - heat and add yeast - let it rise
3) Add sugar, vanilla extract, vanilla powder, cinnamon and salt to the yeast
4) Add flour and mix thoroughly until smooth
5) Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition
6) Place the dough on a floured surface and knead thoroughly
7) Then place in a bowl, cover with a dry towel and leave in a warm place for 2 hours
8) Grease the donut pan with oil
9) Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 cm
10) Cut out circles and place them in the molds
11) Cover with a towel and let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes
12) Then bake in the oven for 8 minutes
13) Remove from the molds and cool before glazing
14) For the glaze: strain the berries through a sieve to leave only the juice, mix it with powdered sugar until smooth, add raspberry syrup and mix
15) Dip the donuts in the glaze and place on a rack, sprinkle half with decorative sprinkles and let set a little
