Ingredients:

- water - 100 ml
- sugar - 1 tsp.
- dry yeast - 1.5 tsp.
- salt - 1/4 tsp.
- olive oil - 1 tbsp.
- flour - 1.5 cups
- "Pepperoni" sausage - 200 g
- "Mozzarella" cheese - 250 g
- pizza sauce

Preparation:

1) Mix warm water and sugar. Add yeast. Let it sit for 10 minutes until the yeast ferments and a foam 1.5-2 cm high appears.
2) Pour into a deep container. Add salt, olive oil.
3) Add flour, knead the dough. The dough will be thick. Cover the container, place it in a warm place, and let the dough rise (about 1 hour).
4) Cut the sausage into circles.
5) Slice the mozzarella into thin slices (or grate it on a coarse grater).
6) Place the dough on a floured surface, divide it into two parts. Roll it out to a thickness of 3-5 mm. Use a large plate (I have 25 cm) to cut out a circle.
7) Transfer the dough to a floured baking sheet. Spread with sauce.
8) Add mozzarella and pepperoni. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 220 degrees.

PIZZA SAUCE
1) Pour boiling water over 500 g of tomatoes for 10-15 minutes. After that, remove the skin from the tomatoes. Cut into pieces and blend in a blender.
2) Peel 1 red onion and chop finely; finely chop 2 cloves of garlic. Sauté everything in olive oil for 2-3 minutes.
3) Add the tomatoes to the onion and garlic and simmer over medium heat until the liquid evaporates.
4) Add salt, basil, and oregano.
