Dough:
- 2.5 cups of flour;
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- ? packet of dry yeast;
- 1 cup of warm milk;
- ? teaspoon of baking soda (dissolved)
- salt;
- pepper.

Filling:
- You can use sausages, or salami, I had kupaty from the weekend;
- Slightly fried mushrooms;
- Olives;
- Bell pepper;
- Tomato;
- Cheese;
- Mayonnaise;
- Ketchup;
- Greens (dill, parsley).

Preparation:
1. Mix the dry ingredients. Heat the milk, add the oil. Knead the dough, gradually pouring in the milk and oil. Cover the dough and let it sit in a warm place for 20 minutes. For me, a warm place is an oven heated to 10-20 degrees.
2. While the dough is rising, prepare the filling, chop and grate.
3. When the dough has risen, divide it in half and roll it out into a thin layer. Place it on a greased baking sheet.
4. Spread mayonnaise and ketchup on the dough, add meat (sausage, hot dogs), mushrooms, olives, tomato, pepper, and place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. The most important thing is not to overdo it with the ingredients; the dough is thin, and a large amount simply won't hold and will fall apart.
5. After 20 minutes, take the pizza out, sprinkle with cheese, and put it back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
6. Take the finished pizza out, sprinkle with greens, salt, pepper, and serve to your loved ones with a smile.
