Mushroom pizza

Ingredients for 2 large pizzas. For the dough: Water 125 g Flour 250 g Sugar 1 tsp Salt 1/3 tsp Dry yeast 1 tsp heaping (I used quick-acting Safmoment) Unscented vegetable oil 2 tbsp For the sauce: Mushrooms (champignons) 150 g Cream 20% 200 g Cheese 1 tbsp Onion 1 pc Salt to taste Ground black pepper to taste Butter (for frying) 50 g Filling: Mushrooms (champignons) 50 g Soft cheese (mozzarella) 200 g Spices to taste (I used Oregano)
