Dough:
1 cup of warm milk
1 tbsp. of dry yeast
1 tsp. of sugar
2/3 tsp. of salt
60 g of margarine
approximately 400 g of flour

Filling:
400 g of minced meat (or boiled/stewed meat)
1 onion
herbs
2 tbsp. of vegetable oil
butter
1 egg for greasing
Mix the yeast with sugar, add milk, and stir well until the yeast dissolves. Add melted margarine, salt, and flour. Knead a soft dough, cover it, and let it rise.
For the filling, sauté the finely chopped onion in vegetable oil until transparent, add the minced meat and fry, breaking up the meat and stirring, over medium heat until browned and most of the liquid evaporates. Season with salt and pepper to taste, add chopped herbs.
If the meat is boiled/stewed, pass it through a meat grinder and mix with the fried onion and herbs, season.
Flatten the dough, divide it into small balls, flatten each into a tortilla, place a mound of filling in the center, pinch the edges of the tortilla to form "boats" with the filling uncovered in the middle.
Place on a greased baking sheet, let stand for 10-15 minutes, put small (raisin-sized) pieces of butter on the filling, grease with egg and bake at 220 degrees for about 15 minutes or until browned.
Very tasty pies with airy dough.
