Half a kilo of meat (beef),
100 grams of green onions,

300 grams of oyster mushrooms, or other available mushrooms,
300 grams
of "Suluguni" cheese,
a pack of butter,
a glass of milk,
a pack of dry
yeast,
an egg,
about 2.5 – 3 glasses of flour.
Finely chop the meat and green
onions:
Fry the meat until half cooked separately, the mushrooms – separately, and
the onion – until golden brown. Make the dough:
Poured a glass of warm milk into
a saucepan, added a pack of dry yeast, an egg, 1 teaspoon of salt, 3 teaspoons of sugar, a
pack of butter, mixed everything and added flour. I kneaded the dough to a soft consistency and
kneaded until the flour stopped sticking to my hands.
Roll out the dough and carefully
place it in a baking dish greased with butter.
Layer the
meat,
Mushrooms and onions. Remember to salt and
pepper each layer.
I grated the cheese for the pie and mixed it with herbs:
cilantro, dill, parsley.
I brushed the edges of the dough with an egg and sent it to the oven for 20
minutes.
