Ingredients: 

Water (warm, but not boiling, about 50-60°C) — 1 cup
Sugar — 1 tbsp.
Sunflower oil — 3 tbsp.
Salt — 0.25 tsp.
Yeast — 1 packet
Vanilla sugar — to taste 
Flour — 3 cups

Preparation:

1. In a bowl, mix water+oil+sugar+salt+yeast+flour. Knead the dough, first with a spoon, then by hand. The dough should be soft, elastic, not thick, but not runny. 
2. Grease a baking dish (can be 28*18 cm) with vegetable oil.
3. Roll into balls the size of a small apple.
4. Place in the dish about 1 cm apart from each other, you can place them closer.
5. Let it sit in a warm place for just 5 minutes.
6. Place in a hot (180°C) oven.
7. Bake until done. During baking, when they start to brown a little, brush with a mixture of sugar and water, then a beautiful bright crust will form on top.
