-eggs - three pieces
-sugar - 1.5 cups
-flour - 1 cup
-lemon - one piece
Preparation:
Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat with 1 cup of sugar. After that, add the egg yolks, sifted flour, and beat until smooth.
After that, pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, smooth it out and place it in the oven.
Bake the roll in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
While the roll is baking, prepare the filling. For this, wash the lemon, dry it, grate it and mix it with 1/2 cup of sugar.
When the biscuit roll is ready, take it out of the oven, place it on a towel, spread the lemon filling on it and roll it up.
Place the finished roll on a dish, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
