- 70 g flour
- 80 g sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 tbsp starch
- 200 ml cream 33% fat
- 100 g strawberries
- 50 g powdered sugar for decoration
Preparation
- Boil water in a pot, then place a container on top where you will prepare the dough and allow it to warm up.
- Beat the eggs in the warmed container, gradually adding sugar. Beat for about 10 minutes. The eggs can be considered sufficiently beaten when a stable trace from a finger remains on the surface.

- Gradually add flour and starch, folding it in with a spatula from the bottom up.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, pour the batter on top, and smooth it out.
- Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 7–10 minutes.

- Transfer the hot cake to a towel, remove the paper, and roll it up with the towel. Allow to cool.
- Gradually adding powdered sugar, whip the cream to stiff peaks.
- Wash, slice, and add the strawberries to the whipped cream. Mix well.
- Unroll the cooled roll and spread cream on it, leaving 2 centimeters from the edges.

- Roll up the roll and trim the edges evenly.

- Dust the roll with powdered sugar, then refrigerate for a couple of hours.

- Sponge roll with strawberries is ready. Enjoy your meal!
