- Flour — 1.5 cups.
- Cocoa powder — 3 tbsp.
- Baking soda — 1 tsp.
- Salt — to taste
- Sugar — 1 cup.
- Vegetable oil — 1/4 cup.
- Water — 1 cup.
- Vanilla extract — 1/2 tbsp.
- Vinegar — 1 tbsp.
- Instant coffee — 1/4 - 1/2 tsp.

Preparation method:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Line the baking dish with parchment paper, grease with vegetable oil, and sprinkle with flour.
- In a deep bowl, mix 1.5 cups of flour, 3 tbsp of cocoa powder, 1 tsp of baking soda, a pinch of salt, and stir.
- In a separate container, mix 1 cup of water, 1 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of vegetable oil, 1 tbsp of vinegar, 1/4 - 1/2 tsp of instant coffee, and 1/2 tbsp of vanilla extract, beating with a mixer until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Combine the two mixtures and stir well until homogeneous.
- Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake the cake for 35 – 40 minutes.
- Let the baked cake cool, cut it, and cover with chocolate cream or grated chocolate. The cake is ready to serve. Enjoy your meal!
