What you will need:

Thick kefir — 300 ml
Eggs — 2 pcs.
Sugar — 200 g
Soda — 1 tsp.
Flour — 300 g
Vegetable oil — 2 tbsp.
Thick jam or preserve

How to cook:

In a bowl, whisk together kefir, sugar, eggs, and oil. Add flour with soda to the liquid mixture and mix again with a whisk. The dough should have a consistency similar to thick sour cream. Pour the dough into a greased mold and bake for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees. Allow the cooled pie to cool down and cut it in half horizontally. Spread jam on one layer, cover with the second layer, and spread on top. Then place the pie back in the oven for 5 minutes to form a caramel crust.
