For the dough:
2 cups of flour, 4 yolks, 1 package of margarine.

For the first filling:

5 apples (preferably sour, cranberries or plums can be used instead),
2 tablespoons of cinnamon.

For the second filling:

4 egg whites, 1 cup of sugar, a couple of drops of lemon juice.

So, to prepare the dough, mix margarine with flour and yolks. It should result in a homogeneous thick dough. Divide the dough into two parts, putting away 1/3 in the refrigerator. Roll out the remaining dough (2/3) and lay it on the bottom of a mold (preferably a springform pan), and make edges from the dough. That's all for now.
Let's move on to the first filling. Peel the apples and grate them on a coarse grater. Add cinnamon to the grated apples and mix. Spread the resulting filling in the mold over the dough.
Now we move on to the second filling. Beat the egg whites with a mixer until white foam forms. Add the cup of sugar and a couple of drops of lemon juice. Whip until a homogeneous, thick foam is obtained.
Spread the resulting filling in the mold, over the first filling.
Take the reserved dough out of the refrigerator and grate it on a coarse grater on top of the whipped egg whites.
Place the pie in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes at 200°C. Then remove it, let the pie cool, and enjoy the delicious result.
