Amazing cheesecake made from curd dough, baked in a frying pan.
I highly recommend making it!
The result is incredibly soft and very tasty cake. Earlier I made a similar one in the oven! But this one is easy to make, pretty and tasty!




Ingredients:

Dough:
1 egg,
200 g cottage cheese,
1 tbsp sugar,
vanillin,
approximately 300 g flour,
1 tsp baking soda.

Cream:
500 ml milk,
1 egg,
1 tbsp sugar,
3 tbsp flour,
vanillin,
150 g butter.
Nuts 150 g.

Preparation:

Prepare the cream base: beat the egg with sugar and flour, add vanillin, pour in the milk, whisk, place over low heat, cook until thickened, stirring constantly.



Let it cool completely.


Mash the cottage cheese with sugar and egg, add vanillin, soda, and gradually add flour. The dough should turn out not quite stiff, but firm.








Divide it into 6-8 parts (depending on the diameter of the skillet).



Roll out thinly, prick with a fork to prevent puffing.



Bake until browned on a dry frying pan on both sides. Trim uneven edges. Cool.








Beat the butter with a mixer, gradually adding the cold custard mixture.



Spread the layers, sprinkling with nuts (optional).



Decorate the top with crumbs from the trimmed edges of the layers, nuts, and grated chocolate. Let it soak for at least 6 hours.
