Ingredients:
-3 colored jellies (lemon, strawberry, gooseberry)
-3 cups of milk

-1 package of white chocolate glaze
-1 package of dark chocolate glaze
-Berries for decoration
-Vegetable oil

Dissolve the lemon jelly in ? cup of boiled water. Add 1 cup of milk, let it cool. Place it in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes. Thinly grease a glass bowl with vegetable oil. Whip the jelly for 10 minutes at the highest speed of the mixer. When the mixture starts to set, transfer it to the bowl. Place in the refrigerator. Prepare the strawberry and gooseberry jellies using this method. Pour the setting strawberry jelly over the set lemon mousse. Let it cool. When the strawberry layer cools easily, pour the gooseberry mousse over it. Place in the refrigerator to completely cool for 3 hours. Remove from the refrigerator, turn the bowl upside down onto a plate, remove the glass bowl, and decorate with pre-dissolved chocolate and white glaze, as well as strawberries or other berries.
