Ingredients: sugar – 400 grams, jam syrup – 0.5 cup, gelatin – 30 grams, lemonade – 250 milliliters, citric acid – 0.5 tablespoon. Preparation: 1. Soak the gelatin in lemonade and set aside for 2-4 hours. 2. After the specified time, add sugar, syrup, and citric acid to the gelatin, mix, and place over low heat. 3. Stirring constantly, cook until homogeneous, do not bring to a boil. 4. Then pour the hot liquid into molds that have been moistened with water beforehand. Place the molds in a cool place. 5. When the jelly has set, cut it into pieces and roll in sugar or powdered sugar.
