- sugar — 150 g (a little less than a cup);
- gelatin — 40 g;
- water — 200 ml.

Preparation
- Soak the gelatin in water, let it swell, and then dissolve it.
- Add sugar to the sour cream, whisk until completely dissolved.
- Mix the sour cream with the gelatin, stir.
- Divide the mixture into 2 parts, mixing one of them with cocoa powder.
- In portioned dessert cups, layer the mixture with a spoon, allowing it to spread in a circle. This will create a "zebra" effect. You can also first layer one color, for example, white, let it set in the refrigerator, and then layer the brown. This will result in a two-layer jelly.
