Strawberries — 200 g
Egg — 1 pc
Sugar — 5 tbsp
Butter — 30 g
Quark — 250 g
Flour — about 1 cup
Bread crumbs
Coconut flakes

Whisk the egg with sugar and continue whisking while adding the butter and quark.
Then add flour to the mixture.
Knead a light dough.
Pinch off small pieces of dough and make flatbreads from them. Place a whole strawberry inside.
Roll into balls, dusting your hands with flour.
Drop them into boiling water and after they float, boil for 3 minutes. Scoop them out with a slotted spoon. Roll in a mixture of breadcrumbs and sweet coconut flakes.
Garnish with strawberries when serving.
