Hat - beanie

Size of the beanie: for a head circumference of 56-58 cm, height of the hat is 28 cm.
To knit the hat, you will need: Nako Arctic yarn No. 6070 (100g/100m), knitting needles No. 5.5. Exactly 1 skein is required for the hat.

Description of the knitted beanie:
On needles No. 5.5, cast on 36 stitches and knit 2 rows in garter stitch (all stitches knit), do not forget that the first and last stitches are edge stitches, i.e., always slip the first stitch without knitting, and always knit the last stitch as purl.
Next, knit short rows: (it is best to knit on circular needles, as the knitting will be rounding)
Row 3 — 1 edge, 29 knit, leave 6 stitches unknitted on the left needle. Turn the work and knit rows 4 and all even rows — all knit.
Row 5 — 1 edge, 29 knit, leave 5 stitches unknitted on the left needle.
Row 7 — 1 edge, 29 knit, leave 4 stitches unknitted on the left needle.
