Description and knitting patterns

Size: head circumference 56 cm.

Scarf width 22 cm, length 88 cm.
You will need:
300 g of blue yarn (50% wool, 50% acrylic, 300 m/100 g), size 3 needles, size 3 crochet hook.
Ribbing: alternately 1 knit st, 1 purl st.
Pattern for the hat: 
Knit according to scheme 2. The chart shows only the right side rows.
In the wrong side rows, knit the stitches according to the pattern or as indicated in the symbols, yarn overs - as purl stitches.
In height, work from rows 1 to 24.
Pattern for the scarf: 
Knit according to scheme 1. The chart shows only the right side rows.
In the wrong side rows, knit the stitches according to the pattern or as indicated in the symbols, yarn overs - as purl stitches.
In height, repeat from rows 1 to 38.
Hat.
Cast on 137 stitches and knit in ribbing. 
At a height of 3 cm from the cast-on edge, evenly increase by 48 sts and knit using the hat pattern.
In height, knit from rows 1 to 24. 
At a height of 15 cm from the cast-on edge, decrease as indicated in the chart, from rows 25 to 40.
Tightly gather the remaining stitches into a bunch. 
Sew the seam at the back of the head. 
Crochet a flower according to the prepared scheme.
Sew the flower onto the hat.
Scarf.
Cast on 62 stitches and knit using the scarf pattern. 
At a height of 88 cm from the cast-on edge, bind off all stitches.
